I was looking again at your pot with the words, 'it wasn't a sin' on the side. I like that it feels like a personal confession that we are sort of privy to but don't know the details of(I'm not asking what that was of course, no need to know)but it got me thinking. I've always loved words in art, pots included and like many I suppose carry around these secrets that you never really tell anyone, but long to. I was thinking, what a great way to tell someone, without spilling the beans entirely. If you start to see anything similar creeping up in my own work, I hope you don't think I am copying you. It has just given me an idea for an outlet.

yes, i really like to put snipets of the story in my head on pots. i have always thought it interesting that we like to know the whole story of others, and if only given pieces, we will fill the rest in with our own. i feel compelled to write on my pots, maybe its some strange condition, the pot always feels finished with a bit of language from the past.present.future...i am really digging putting spanish on my pots as of late, i love the language even though i don't speak it all that well...and i am excited to see where you go with it!

Did you do ALL that in the last 24 hours AND deco that plate? Can you bottle that energy? Put in on your site and sell it? I'll take a case!
